Deposits and Payment
Design turnaround begins when PAYMENT IS RECEIVED and ALL content (pictures, bio, information, links, etc.) for the project has been supplied to us. Design will not begin before receiving full payment or at least a 50% deposit on the project.

Turnaround
Turnaround is provided upon payment completion & may vary greatly, depending on the current workload.
Cancellations
You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.
Images & Stock Photos
It’s optional to provide your images. We work with our gallery of stock images at no extra charge. Fees may apply in specific cases (large quantity requests, special licensing for photos, etc). You will be advised of these fees after consultation with your project.
Search Engines and SEO
Outside of the keywords and basic SEO meta tags, we incorporate in your site, we are not responsible for search engine promotion or marketing of any kind.
Our Portfolio and Website Credit
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If a full web design and development project was completed by us, in most cases a credit “site by WeAreG3Media” will be included at the bottom of your website. In certain cases, our website credit will not be posted due to privacy purposes and we respect that. Please notify us if this is the case.
Copyright for Logo Design
The client will have the exclusive right to the logo design chosen. All logos are made with no stock images and are 100% custom and 100% vector (which means that you can scale to any size without losing quality). Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will violate WeAreG3Media’s rights if they are used elsewhere.
Copyright for Web Design
Web designs are custom-created and exclusive to each business. Note that we reserve the right to use stock images, as required, as part of your web design template. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will violate WeAreG3Media’s rights if they are used elsewhere.
Revisions
Small revisions can be made after we provide the initial mockup. We allow TWO rounds of small revisions, after that, we will bill per additional round. We try to get as much information from you as possible to get the first mockup correct.
Website Content From You
Upon each website project, we begin, a web design questionnaire is given to the client to fill out to help the project run more smoothly. WE ASK THAT ALL WEBSITE CONTENT IS GIVEN before we start the coding stage of your website. This not only helps firm up an accurate and well-laid-out design mockup, but it helps to speed up the process as well and get your website launched. We are not responsible for proofreading your content, so please make sure there are no errors when sending it over.
Printers
We work with third-party printers that we trust and are affiliated with. In the rare case of a printing issue, we will work with the printers to resolve it, but any costs incurred will not be at the expense of WeAreG3Media.
Please note that some print materials may not show the same color that is showing up on your screen. This is because each computer screen tint can be different. Any reprints required will not be at the expense of WeAreG3Media. We recommend providing Hex #s or Pantone colors if you need exact shades matched up.
Final Artwork File Delivery
Final artwork files are emailed in a JPG, PNG, &/or PDF format. Please notify us if there is a special request.
Contract with WeAreG3Media
By entering into a project with WeAreG3Media, you are consenting to be bound by these terms & conditions. Links to our terms & conditions are posted on all our quotes and forms, as it is important to read them (and anybody else’s policies, as well) before beginning work.
